Hi Shelley/Everyone

I know I have posted on here with regards to this but I need to summarise whats up and see anyone can help.

I am SURE I have a hormone imbalance - two years ago I started to get Acne and since then things have gotten worse. I just don't know what it is thats causing it..

I get severe PMS - depression/mood swings, tearfullness, sore breasts etc. I just got my period and feel like I can't take it any more - the period pains are excruciating, and the breast tenderness was unbearable this month. Not to mention the awful breakout I got yesturday.

I just dont know where to go from here... i obviously have a hormone inbalance as my moods and skin are all over the place.

I am not on any medication - I came of the pill back in January. I have taken Garden of Life pro biotics for a few months and seen no improvement.

My diet overall is ok, I would say. I eat mainly salads and soups, salmon, occasionally I have chocolate or cookies but not often. I drink enough water daily, I drink dandelion and peppermint tea, I juice apple, carrot, Celery and other things.

I have had 6 colonics over the past year (approx 1 every 2 months) and my therapist said my bowel is very clean! I jave done 5 liver flushes... I am planning on another one on MOnday.

I have added flax and hemp oil to my diet...

Shelley - you said in another post that you can't do anything to sort out hormone inbalance, apart from wait for it to sort itself out - I have been off medication since January, surely my body should almost be there by now?

I just dont know what I can do... I really feel like I can not take it any longer,I am sick of the depression, moods, and awful skin and feel like I have tried everything and nowhere left to go!!
