Oh my, there's not much you can do with hormonal upset. It resolved when it wants to resolve. It will help to keep to a clean, sugar-free diet, drink plenty of fluids, keep up your electrolytes and do a little bit of liver management, but messed up hormones are no fun for anyone! :(
