You know, that's a list/glossary I mean to work on because most people are not aware that there are different kinds of chiropractors. They can use different tools to adjust you that are very easy on the body. One tool is an "activator" that works a little like a gun.

Same with massage techs. You can get a nice Swedish massage and feel great, or get a painful neuro-muscular massage and really see some overall improvements in releasing deepseated tension.

Hmm.. Keep an eye out for a post... or maybe it'll just be in the book... hmmm...
