I have been drinking both cleansing drinks but the dry brushing might help. I also walk 45 minutes each day, so i am getting exercise.

I think i have weak digestion, i always get gas from bad food combinations. Hulda Clark e reckons that salmonellas in your stomach can play a part in gaseousness. Might get a zapper.
