I really don't take that much kelp, only 2 pills 3 times a week. I haven't finished a bottle yet. I am careful not to take too much of that.

I figured I have low iron because Iron, transferrin,hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCv, MCH, MCHC are all low. TIBC is high. All my doctor gave me is chromagen tablets. My other tests are normal. It may be this low because I have fibroids.

Ever since I was a child, I have always had a aversion to liver. Everytime I looked at it my stomach turned and I would gag as I tried to eat it. I doubt I can eat it as an adult. I will try the grapefruit and mix it with other juice to cover the taste.
