Yep, I think everyone should have at least one full-spectrum light in their home. I had one from Viko for years and years, it just went bye-bye thanks to redecorating and I'm finding that that company is not in business any longer. :( So I'm shopping around! They are beatiful lights and really do make a difference.

For a full-spectrum effect, you really have to have a flourescent tube. The technology has advanced to where they can twist the tube and make it smaller/easier for home use and setup. Just Google it and you'll find lots of sources. The one I want is out of stock at the moment so that link won't help. ;)
