Rotisserie is wonderful! easy and tasty, yum yum! :) I wish I had one!

I tend to only get whole chickens when I watn to make broth, otherwise I jsut buy the breasts. Sometimes I do roast a chicken, stuff it with half an onion, 3 garlic cloves, herbs, after salt/peppering it all over.

Cooking newbies should watch Food 911 on the FoodNetwork channel. You get tons of good advice and Tyler Florence's recipes are simple and tasty! :) I'm not sure if the show is still being aired, but the recipes are definitely still there on www.foodnetwork.com.
