Switch toothpastes! Just use baking powder for awhile, then get a non-gel toothpaste that is mostly just baking powder. Avoid citrus fruits while you have the cankor sores.

Analyze your diet - are you getting enough Iron, Folic Acid, or B12? If you're not eating liver twice a month and whole-grain hot cereal, chances are you're not and may want to supplement.
