It probably has a lot to do with poor circulation (drink the cleansing drink with cayenne and dry brush), poor wound healing too, which is mainly a lack of zinc, A, C, E, and B vits. There is a combination of allergies and weak digestion going on here - diabetes is a kind of weak digestion really. You may simply have a very small pancreas, which would mean not only do you need to limit sugars, but you also need to limit white rice and pasta too. And supplement with digestive enzymes and take care to ensure that you have plenty of stomach acids.
