I use hydrogen peroxide (3%) solution to help unblock my eustachen tubes. Hydrogen peroxide is h2o2 and may be labeled as such in your pharmacy. Do not use stronger than 3% solution or you can burn your skin.

Put a dropper of solution into the ear and let it bubble. When it stops bubbling drain the ear into a towel.

I have done this for years and cannot remember the last time I was ill. Bacteria & viruses can build up in the ears and make you quite sick.

You may repeat as often as necessary. The bubbling noise is bacteria being killed. The ear should clear pretty quickly. Also stop eating all dairy products. Dairy encourages mucus prodution.
