Yeah - the more I read on excess estrogen the more I think I may have it. I will look in to borage oil, definatley. I have read that you should not take more than one oil at the same time... so I am a bit wary about mixing them.

It is SO confusing though, as there is so much conflicting information out there. The practioner I saw told me to avoid ALL other fats, including coconut oil........ aaaaaaaaagh!!
