Thanks Moonie - I have thought about taking Vitex before. The thing is - isn't it just like taking medication in some ways? I mean - I am assuming you will have to continue to take the herb forever? Hmmn..... I am not sure if it IS oestrogen dominance, maybe I should get my hormone levels checked...
