Hi Jennie if your problems are due to an estrogen dominence you could try Vitex this is an herb that balance hormones. Progetrone cream seems to work for a lot of people with estrogen dominence but it made my symptoms worse. I have found some relife with Vitex, Chinese bitters and bowel cleansing. If you do decided to try the Vitex you must know that it is slow acting because it is a herb. It may take a bit of time to kick in, the other thing is to take it in tincture form if you can get it because the tea tastes truely awful! Good Luck...Moonie
