Hiya! so nice to hear from you. :)
Your plan is an excellent one! And remember, you really don't have to take the Es for Liver Flushing - I don't.
So okay, what I would add to your regimen is digestive enzymse because I think your problems with grains/legume is mostly an exhausted pancreas, which tends to go hand-in-hand with g/b issues.
Cod liver oil and a good source of B vits, zinc, and C will help the g/b remain flexible, which means vital! :)
You CAN eat a bit of cheese now and again, and a bit of dairy, you just have to think of it as a spice rather than a snack or meal, see what I mean? For instance, your carrot juice will be much more bio-available to you if you add one ounce of cream to it. Check out creme fraiche, it's fermented. Real goat cheese should be okay too.
Have you been eating any sweet potatoes? I just got a "hit" that this would be a good food for you. Use plenty of butter. :)
Since you've come so far along physically, it might be the right time to start working on the more emotional/mental and spiritual issues. Check your tongue - do you still have the line bisecting the length of it? This represents emotions stored along the spine and often the liver too. These need to be released. Massage, chiro adjustments, MAP, any kind of emotional release therapy, Flower Essences, that kind of thing, think about going in that direction. Healing must take place on all levels to be truly healing and stop the cycle from simply repeating some other way.
Hope that helps! :)
