I definitely agree that it's too much estrogen based on my own experience - but I also think that you have to really work on the bowel and liver for the natural progesterone cream to have an effect. I used the cream for 4-5 months last year and it did nothing to lessen any of my PMS symptoms (breasts, moods, cravings, etc.).

I'm going for Liver Flush #5 tomorrow which I hope will be my breakthrough flush in terms of PMS, because I'm still suffering big time. I hope every flush is the one...hopefully sooner rather than later I'll be right. :)
