Hi Shelley/Everyone!

Just wondered if anyone knows what exactly is the cause of swollen, tender breasts leading up to menstruation? I get it *so* badly - its so painful I wake up during the night! It lasts about 2 - 3 days before my period and I am getting *sick* of it!

Does anyone know what causes this? Am I deficient in something? What can I do to help ease it, or get rid of it? I get a lot of PMS in general but this is one thing that is driving me crazy (I can live with the chocolate craving!)
