Start out by feeding her plenty of broths. Hopefully she is still getting thirsty, and this way she can both eat and drink and get properly nourished. Read the recipe for Morrocan Chicken Soup and flavor the broth with powdered ginger etc. This will wake up her appetite. Instead of using all the veggies and such, merely scramble up an egg or two and slowly drop it into boiling broth for an egg-drop soup. Yummy and nourishing.

Lemonade is also good, the lemon will wake up her stomach hunger.

She probably just doesn't want to be chewing anything at this time. Can't say I blame her! :)
