I like evening doses for Triphala, because we tend to slow down our transit times at night during sleep, and it's nice to ensure that a good BM happens in the morning so we start off the day right. If that one dose is sufficient, stick with it. If it doesn't seem so, either increase the evening dose or take another one in the day sometime.
