deb, if you are curious about these things coming out of your skin and want to find out just how much is being purged from your skin then i would suggest leaving the water in your tub without draining it for a few hours after you finish with the detox bath and see what all settles to the bottom of the tub! i do this and it really is amazing all the particles that come out of me after the detox bath..........it's kind of fun! heh hehe.
