hmmm... black specks could be a lot of different things.

Judge by your symptoms. chances are one bottle is sufficient no matter how you took it. If you are still symptomatic, diet, peppermint tea, cleansing carrot salad, and possibly another flush would be the thing to do. You don't want to overdo Livatone, it's not necessary and will just overwork the kidneys after awhile. 2 bottles is pretty safe but wait a month in between bottles.
