Keep cleaning the liver and bowels and lymph, taking digestive enzymes, avoiding sugars as they deplete adrenals and pancreas both, and the best treatment for adrenals is to eat Bieler Broth several days a week (see FAQ for recipe in Broths section, or Google it, it's a pretty famous recipe now) and take Gotu Kola and Licorice Root for just one month. Nothing feeds the adrenals and offsets the side effects like gotu kola and licorice root.
