Hi again Shelley

I forgot to add the most yucky symptom!

Every day I'm coughing up a lot of mucous - I did have a really bad cold/chest infection for a few weeks, I wasn't sure if these were responsible or if the mucous could be a result of detox/the body getting rid of more yukky stuff?
