I hope you don't mind yet another question. I really respect your knowledge.

I came across information that magnesium (oxide, etc...) can be harmful for people with weak kidneys, such as myself. Oxypowder contains magnesium, so I'm wondering if I'm harming my kidneys by taking it? The webpage says something about how the magnesium isn't absorbed but is simply a catalyst for getting oxygen into the body. Do you know anything about this?
