Hi ! I found something very delicous @ an ethnic store recently. It is carob molasses. Just boiled down carob.. nothing added. It is from Lebanon. It is reputed to be full of minerals. It is sweet,but like regular molasses.. not too much. It is wonderful in Shelley's cleansing drink. Thought I'd pass the discovery around. Alittle variety is a nice thing!!
