I wanted to try and help cleanse my liver using Julia Changs' Chinese Bitters and Coptis products. I was concerned about the alcohol in the supplements - having candida and poor liver function. She told me that before I cleanse my liver I should treat the candida first and then use her Liver Cleansing products. I was under the impression that poor liver function was the root cause of candida so I am a little confused now as to what I should be doing. Would my candida not improve naturally by cleansing my liver with Julia' supplements - would I not be treating the candida by cleansing my liver??? Confused - Thanks so much Shelley for any advice
