Hi

I have been taking phosfood for 5 days.
I am also experiencing a very bad case of PMS.

I am ussually very moody and tired during my PMS. But now I am plain angry.

Everything bothers me and I feel like arguing with people.

Last night I coudl not sleep.


Should i stop the Phosfood? Why am I feeling this?
