Thank you. Day 5 and Im getting weak. But my tongue is horribly white. I had some plain veggy broth this morning and it made me feel SO much better. So tomorrow Im going to add beiler broth and veggy soups. Im glad you said this is a long cleanse. i was feeling like a whimp when I hear all these other people going 1-21 days on juice fasts or MC!
