Adrenal stress is a way expensive test and not always accurate, so go by symptoms alone. Take a stress questionaiire and see how you score. IF you have constant low blood Sugar issues and insomnia and brain fog, feed the adrenals.

The basic tests will tell you whether your organs are functioning properly. It's important to know this when you self-medicate, take herbs, want to improve your health, etc.

You can get tested for individual vitamins, for instance the test for vitamin B12 is a fantastic test to get. I wish they included it in the basic physical.
