hi my Acne is finally ending :)
i would like to know if exercise and of course sweat is going to make the Acne worst because the other day i went to run and some pimples that seemed to be healing are red and bigger than before
do you think i should not make exercise yet ? maybe the sweat irritates the skin but i hearth that was good to make exercise three times at week please what i should do?
