I was eposed to strong bleach at work on Thursday. Ever since I have had lingering headache and brainfog. This is what I have done to minimize the effects:
- a sauna treament
- Dr shulze intestinal formula #2
- GOL perfectfood
- lecithin to protect my brain

Is there anything else I can do to remove that poison from my body and get rid of the headache etc? Will a Liver Flush help? I haven't done one in over a month and plan to do so next weekend.

Another question:
I want to get authentic pau d arco tea. Is there a specific brand I should buy? I purchased a brand from the healthfood store. Will I get the full benefits? thanks
