Honey is fantastic and acts as a delivery agent for anything yout ake with it. For instanc,e adding honey to a cup of warm milk makes it even more of a sleeping aid.

I eat fruit, but I don't use fruit sugars as sugar. It means overdosing on fructose (fruit sugars) which is hard on the liver.
