Hi Shelley:

For the past week I have been on a high raw diet-95%. Yesterday, I decided to do a liver flush. Upon facilitating...I discovered a "fair" amount of blood in my stool. To the point I thought my menses had started. This is my second flush in a week...do you think the close proximity of my flushes are causing harm? What could this be?

No stones as of yet (hopefully they will be coming soon).
