Makes sense Shelley, and I'm glad I saw this. I switched to a very good diet and taking necessary supps for the past 2 weeks or more, and recently Ive been getting surge of breakouts all over my face and head, and I've oddly started coughing up mucous which most of it is gone. Yes, hell yes! I guess I should start taking some P&B daily now.
