hi shelley : i read your post and i was quite enlightened. the spine being out of whack never occurred to me although i know it is a fairly common problem. the only problem is that i absolutely positively will not go to a doctor no matter what. that is one thing i am trying to undo in my life. is there any exercises you can suggest or further information. i will search what you have already told me and try to find natural non doctor solutions.i realize you are not a doctor i just need natural non medical field advice. thank you. moonstar1313.
