The motives behind doing frequent flushing were to relief the pain, and almost every time did a flush, stones relesed like previous week; still too many flushes. I will take a break for awhile. I am taking psyllium every other day. The Bentonite doesn't hard on my system. I am on my 6th day of the cleansing salad; it is so taste, and soothing to the digestion system that I will continue longer than 7 days. Also the kichadi is very tasty. Thank you so much Shelly for your kindness.
