I am starting a fast but am experiencing several pms symptoms and it is that time of the month. I am wondering if this might be contraindicated. I have a sensitive cycle....35-40 days. My symptoms are flare up of cystic acne, bloating, mood swings. Might fasting aggravate these?
Also, what might be some good emmenegogues during a fast if it is alright to fast during pms. I just want it to start! I've been doing lots of powdered Ascorbic Acid.
I really appreciate the feedback. I feel so relieved to have found this site and to be in touch with intelligent people who don't look at western med as a be-all-end-all.
