Thanks for the speedy reply, Shelley. I am starting a fast. Is it best to eat raw vegetables for a few days first? I've heard conflicting things on this.
Also I have not had my thyroid checked by a med doctor, but I believe that an acupuncturist once suspected thyroid dysfunction and prescribed Iodine swabbing on my abdomen. Does this sound right?
How do you recommend one gets a thyroid check?
