Hi and welcome to the forum! :)

since you've been taking Antibiotics , the first thing you want to do is follow a candida balancing protocal for at least 3 months. That means plenty of bowel, liver, lymph cleansing, taking advantage of as many options as possible, while avoiding all processed foods and refined sugars. See the FAQ for lists of options.

Then see about doing a course of probiotics for a couple weeks: Primal Defense and live acidophilus, kefir, yogurt.

It would be a good idea to fast on broths, cleansing salads and digestive teas for at least 3 days to get yourself off to a running start. Be sure to read the posts on tea, kichadi, both salad posts, gas/bloating, power of digestion.

Did you ever get your thyroid checked (TSH)? cholesterol?
