Thanks. I took my chances and did it right :) I feel great so far. So Im going to juice fast tomorrow too. Reminder, I am vata. I muscle tested that a juice fast would be ok for me. So if I recall, you said I can do up to 3 days as long as I feel good. Then when I break the fast, is hot cereal for breakfast ok with butter?
