Im on day 5 of my 15 day Sugar chocolate fast. It is going well. and is finally getting easier. I decided to do all fresh juice today. Im doing grape this morning diluted with water. My question is, could I have added olive oil to keep the Sugar high down? Can I do that with my carrot spinach juice this afternoon? I dont want to negate the purpose of the fast. It is only today since I am vata. Unless I feel super :)
