Hi Shelley,

Is malt OK on the anti candida diet? I am drinking an instant coffee substitute which contains 70% cereals rye, barley, malt, 15% chicory, 15% dried figs and acorns. It tastes very good, i get it at the health food store. Coffee is the thing i really crave in the morning.
I did not find in your FAQ anywhere your idea on these coffee substitute drinks so just wanted to check what you think.
