I have had really bad gas for 2 months. Before this started I was told by a natural doc that I don't digest amino acids. She gave me some enzyme solution formula and that helped.

I was doing ok with the candida diet thing then I back slide cuz my mom came to visit and well chocolate and those biscoff cookies from europe.

Now i am having never ending gas, no matter what I eat. The only time I don't get it is when i fast.
I want to go to the doctor but don't want Antibiotics . Could this be candida still? Over growth of bad bacteria in my small intestine? I just want to get better and be normal again.
What is causing this, do i have to go to the doc if it is over growth of bacteria?
