SqueakyClean,.....thanks for the laugh. Since starting on the P&B shakes, I, too, have some of those. I also sometimes feel like calling the local press and telling them that THIS BM is something to behold..bring a good camera!! But, I let the urge pass.

And you are right about the good feeling. Physical and psychological.
