I forgot to mention that my gallbladder *ALWAYS* acts up before my period and I usually have some PMS. Yesterday my period totally snuck up on me, I had no idea it was coming! I'm stoked!

The other thing is stool color (I know I can always talk about stools here!). It's a nice healthy dark brown. I'd been dealing with pale stools the last couple of months too (though the chinese bitters were helping).

I just feel like everything is working right now. That's really cool for me. Here's the article on Peppermint Shelley posted earlier.
