Hi Shelly I have been doing some enemas has a Bowel Cleanse but I am wondering if I need to do something more, a while ago you suggested that I do an oxy Bowel Cleanse has I have a lot of inflammation and adhesions inthe bowel area and you felt that this would be more gentle for me. The thing is that I have had diarrhoea for so long that I am reluctant to do any thing that will cause diarrhoea and I guess this would? However would it mean that because the bowel is more cleaned out that I would be more likely to have better digestion and forned bm after this or is it mainly for those that suffer from constipation? This may sound like a crazy question, but I don't know...Thanks ...Moonie
