Thanks Shelly My diet is really good at the moment, no wheat corn dairy except for some butter, mostly veg and brown rice. The thing is I have had problems with diarrhoea and undigested food for years. I went to day without an enema, even though I have been taking 2 enzymes capsules there is still some undigested food and stools float. I have put so much effort into my health the last year and more so the last few months and I still can not get a normal bowel movement. I am still doing the lemon and olive oil drink, chinese bitters so on. I have been wondering if I should do a Bowel Cleanse with something gental like oxy but I have been a bit reluctant because I am getting a bit better form at the moment and I don't want the diarrhoea to come back. Do you think I should give it a go? Thanks Shelly your a star...Moonie
