I peel a couple of heads at a time and process them with a little coconut oil and keep it in the fridge. I put a spoonful in practically everything I eat. It's a really easy and yummy way to eat 6 cloves a day. We cured our candida with it. As an added bonus, since I've been using it I've seen no vampires at our house!
