Hi Shelly hope you are well! Well I started to take the enzymes about for days ago and now I am having difficulty going the toilet at all. I did an enema a couple of days ago and I think I am going to have to do another one at some point today. I am just wondering why this would happen after taking the enzymes? Should I carry on doing the enemas or try something else like senna tea? I don’t want to stop taking them has they do seem to be helping in terms of breaking food particles down. Any suggestions? Thanks…Moonie
