I've been searching the internet for a couple of hours
today looking for info between red raspberry tea and
menstrual irregularities. Actually, all the sites are
coming up with positive things about this tea. It is a
powerful blood purifier; tones the ovaries; tones the
uterus; reduces heavy bleeding.

But since I've been drinking it I have had some problems
for a couple of cycles. Of course, the problems could
be due to any of the new herbs/supplements/vitamins I've been
taking since July. It may not be the tea at all.

If you can remember what it was about the tea causing
menstrual problems I would like to know about it (!).
