I understand your dilemma.
You want to get better but you also have to work.
It is difficult if you are sleepy and tired.

I have been there.
Some recommendations:

Go to bed early at night and sleep as much as you can. I need to sleep 9 hours everyday. SO I go to bed aroung 10:30 and sleep until 7:30 am.(Or more if I can)

Take a hot/cold shower in the morning.
Take vitamins and anioxidants.

I am taking Green Tea with Gotu Kola (Yogi's teas)

Drink Plenty of water.

The best antioxidant is Coenzyme Q 10. It really keeps me awake.

Eat little food. Whenever I eat too much I feel more tired.

Drink plenty of teas during the day. green Tea early in the morning and after 4:00 p.m. no more green tea but chamomille, peppermint etc, more relaxing stuff.

If you are too sleepy, stand up and walk a little bit.

With all of this I have been able to eliminate coffee.
